'Undercover Boss' in the Candy Factory

Last night, CBS aired its popular show 'Undercover Boss' and this week featured the 1800-Flowers president Jim McCann. First he toured a few of his chain stores learning how to create floral arrangements. Afterwards, he visited the Fannie May chocolate factory where he experienced firsthand what it's like to work on an assembly line. That day they were creating chocolate covered pretzel pillows, and his task was to let 30 lbs of them drop into a box to then seal up for delivery. Well, let me tell you now that he failed. Boxes weren't being made fast enough and by the end of his shift he had dropped many little chocolate pretzels all over the floor. However, he likened his experience to the "I Love Lucy" candy-wrapping episode. I'll say!
