"The goal of the website is to never have users wait on hold again," said developer Tom Orisitian. "We have a directory of over a thousand companies."
Go the LucyPhone.com punch the number or name of almost any company that has an automatic system. Plug in your own number and Lucy will call you once a live operator picks up the line. The brothers named the site LucyPhone after the phone made popular in the old "I love Lucy" show. Back then, you had no choice but to physically wait. Now, with lucyphone, you can still make the call while make sure you can get other things done too.
